Taurus Investment’s CD 115 Raises $1.5M of $2.4M Offering - CBL

BOSTON -- According to a Reg D filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Taurus Investment Holdings' CD 115 LP, a commercial real estate firm, has raised $1.54 million from four investors in a $2.4 million equity offering.
Taurus was founded in 1976 as a real estate investment adviser to high-net-worth individuals and financial institutions. Based in Boston , the firm also has Florida offices in Deerfield Beach , Jacksonville and Orlando , and other U.S. offices in North Richland Hills , Texas , and in New York .
Principals named in filing, all with Taurus, are President and CEO Peter Merrigan, senior partner and Chairman Lorenz Reibling, Executive Vice President and COO Guenther Reibling and Senior Vice President and CFO Linda Kassof.
Taurus Investment Holdings consists of Taurus New England Investments, Taurus Capital Markets, Taurus Capital Funding, Taurus Corporate Properties and Taurus Management Services.
James Alden of Taurus Capital Funding LLC received about $120,000 for the sale of this offering.

Guenther Reibling - Executive Vice President and COO
Guenther Reibling is the EVP, COO, and co-founder of Taurus. Guenther oversees origination and development activities of new projects, including underwriting and acquisition. He also directs the ongoing overall management of current projects.
Guenther has managed real estate construction, development, and sales since 1971. While at Derag, he directed the sales coordination of real estate collectively valued at $100M that included parts of the Olympic Village. In 1976, Guenther and partners formed TBG Taurus Bau GmbH, a Munich-based development company. In 1979, Guenther was the first of the Taurus group to come to the US to explore development opportunities.
