Miniluxe, Gustare Oils Coming to Wellesley Shopping Center

MiniLuxe Nails, Waxing and Beauty Salon and Gustare Oils & Vinegars will be joining the tenant roster at the Central Plaza shopping center on Central Street in the downtown shopping district of Wellesley, Mass.
Construction work will commence shortly in Wellesley on MiniLuxe, which will occupy 2,478 square feet, and Gustare Oils & Vinegars, which will occupy 2,733 square feet at Linear Retail's 57,008 square foot shopping plaza. Both tenants expect to be open by late fall 2011.
MinLuxe was represented by Richard Diamond of The Diamond Group in its lease. Gustare was represented by Dennis Di Schino of Equity Partners, Inc. Annette Born Urban/ Born Associates and Joel Kadis, a partner at Linear Retail Properties represented the owner on both deals.
MiniLuxe's Wellesley location will feature nail, hand and foot care as well as personal beauty products and services. Gustare, which means to taste, to enjoy, or to savour in Italian, describes the family oil and vinegar business.Headquartered in Chatham, Massachusetts, this will be Gustare's third location.
