PAN Communications, a public relations and digital media agency, has moved to Boston's downtown waterfront at 255 State Street.
After running the business from the suburbs of Andover, MA for the last 15 years, the agency signed for 15,000 square feet of office space last fall. The firm says this is the first step in the company's next phase of growth and overall strategic direction.
Several factors played a part in the decision:
• Significant reach into Boston's talent pool to align with growth initiatives;
• Space to grow the firm to 70 employees over the next three years.
• The business benefit to address the firm's growing focus in areas such as healthcare, mobile, green/clean tech, etc.;
• Expanded services to further integrate into the firm's existing offering (digital/interactive, content, video, etc.);
The firm's new enhanced Digital Lab allows it to fully leverage digital communication tools to achieve a wide variety of client's business objectives, including social media execution & monitoring as well as video & podcast development, production, distribution and measurement.
PAN developed a benefits package that includes the opportunity for all employees to work at home on Wednesdays, as well as T-passes for those who live more than 15 miles outside the city.
To coincide with PAN's move to downtown Boston, the Company has taken the opportunity to reveal a whole new look. PAN's logo and brand has undergone a significant transformation. The website update includes additional information on PAN's work across all four of the Company's portfolios, details on the firm's digital media capabilities and a new multimedia version of the blog, prSPEAK.
