A 6,084 square foot, 4-unit apartment property in Washington Square has sold to 8 Colbourne, LLC.

8 Colbourne Crescent is a brick, Brookline, Mass. building that consists of (4) two-bedroom apartments and two parking spaces. The property, located at the intersection of Winthrop Street and Colbourne Crescent, sold for $1.33 million, or $218 per square foot.

Chris Sower closed the sale in his first few weeks as BRA's new Managing Director & Partner of BRA's multi-housing and apartment brokerage.
