Equity Office Properties has signed two leases totaling 58,482 square feet at its New England Executive Park in Burlington, Mass.
Black Duck Software signed a new lease for 29,323 square feet at 8 New England Executive Park. COMSOL, Inc. renewed and expanded its lease to 27,159 square feet at One New England Executive Park. New England Executive Park is now 90 percent leased.
The Colliers International team of Matthew Daniels, John Carroll III and Andrew Whipple represented Equity Office in both transactions. T3 Advisors represented Black Duck. COMSOL, a high-tech engineering company providing software solutions for multiphysics modeling, was represented by Colliers.
Black Duck will relocate its headquarters from Waltham, Mass. in December 2011. The new lease represents a 12,936-square-foot expansion for the firm. COMSOL's lease renewal represents a 6,698-square-foot expansion.
The three-story, 79,942-square-foot One New England Executive Park and the six-story, 218,512-square-foot 8 New England Executive Park are Class A office buildings in a 13-building, 1.25-million-square-foot park. Amenities at the park include a conference center, full-service cafeteria, health club, day care facility, dry cleaner, on-site ATMs, high-speed telecom, and overnight courier pickup. It is located 15 miles from Boston and minutes from Route 128, Route 3 and Interstate 93.
